Watermelon Fruit Punch
FRESH FROM THE GARDEN
knife, chopping board, serving jugs, blender, sieve, large mixing bowl
2 kg watermelon, peeled and chopped
1 L pineapple juice
¼ cup chopped fresh mint leaves
1L sparkling mineral water, chilled
1.WASH YOUR HANDS!
2.Process or blend watermelon until smooth. Strain through a sieve over a large mixing bowl. Discard seeds and pulp.
3.Combine watermelon juice, pineapple juice and mint in serving jugs. Top up with mineral water.
4.Chill until ready to serve.
